These terms apply to all sales of second-hand and vintage saxophones through our physical store. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
We do our utmost to describe and display each saxophone as accurately as possible in the store. As these are used, vintage instruments, signs of use and age-related wear may be present. The buyer always has the opportunity to inspect and play the instrument before purchase.
All sales take place in our physical store. Online sales are not available. Reservations or remote inquiries are possible, but all purchases and payments are made in person.
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. As these are margin scheme goods (second-hand), VAT is usually non-deductible. Prices are subject to change and typographical errors.
Our vintage saxophones are sold as seen and played. As they are second-hand instruments, no standard warranty applies. We recommend testing the instrument thoroughly before purchasing. Returns or exchanges are not possible after purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is made at the time of purchase in-store. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. The saxophone remains the property of the seller until full payment is received.
We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of a purchased instrument, unless in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not responsible for any changes or damage occurring after the date of purchase.
All instruments are purchased and offered in good faith. If there is any doubt about the origin of an instrument, we reserve the right not to sell it.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the store is located.
